  1. Been trying to get the app to work ever since I heard about it. Hoping the bugs will be worked out soon. Another salon I go to has used an app for a couple years and it is great!!

    1. Hi Karen –
      The app should be working, but there is a glitch that is currently preventing you from seeing your confirmed appointments. They are still going getting confirmed in the system, though—and it should be fixed soon!

      There are two apps, and one is for our internal teams. Please make sure you download the app with the charcoal gray logo instead of the white logo!

  2. I’ve been trying to book appointments into mid-May but every time I try, it says I have an account, sends me a new password, and then says it’s invalid. Can you help?

    1. Hi Mary Beth. The app is not currently active due to scheduling restrictions around COVID. Please call your preferred location to schedule an appointment. Thank you!

  4. Hi Coles Salon, I’ve been trying to get an appt by phone but just like everyone else it’s been busy. My name is Debbie Abbott and had an appt for a cut and color back on April 25th. I’ve been hoping to get in before June 4th as I have surgery on June 5th and will not be able to drive for awhile after that.
    I go to Katie Layman. (Last name not sure). I can come anytime from 5:15 to close weekdays or anytime on the weekend. It would be great to get in before
    by 6/4/20 or sooner. My cell is 612-840-3385

  5. The app will not allow me to register because it states that my phone number or email is already registered so it states I should click on forgot my password. It then states that it cannot find me in the system. What do we need to do to register on the app?
