Appointments & Online Booking
We welcome walk-in appointments and do our best to accommodate you based on salon availability. If you have a preferred time, we would love to help you book a future appointment with us.
We do our very best to hold your appointment and have 10-minute grace period. Please call the salon to let us know that you are running late and we will connect with your service provider to ensure they would still be able to take you for your service.
We ask that you please call the salon in which you are scheduled to cancel your appointment, we do not have a cancellation option online.
Yes! You will receive a text about 15 minutes after the initial booking of the appointment. You will also receive a text and an email (if we have it on file) two days prior to your appointment.
The ability to book your color service is coming soon, currently due to the uniqueness of everyone’s coloring needs, we currently ask to call one of our locations to schedule this service.
When booking for others, a new online profile needs to be created. If you do not want to create a new profile, please add the name of who the appointment is for in the note section of online booking.
This happens because the phone numbers on both profiles are linked. We are working with our software company to come to a solution.
In the meantime, we are happy to change the appointment to the correct name when you arrive at the salon.
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Cash, credit card and Apple pay.
The card you entered as part of the online booking process is simply holding your appointment and does not get applied to your service. You will have to pay for your service when you are at the salon.
If your child is under 18 and receiving a service in our spa, we will need a parental consent form signed.
We have a variety of price options for you, it is all based on skill level and years of service.
With our Hair and Lash Extensions, Artistry Color Services, ProCell treatments, Color Modifications, Chemical Peels, as well as Fantasy Color services we do ask that you book a consultation before booking your service.
Specifically, with color services we want to make sure we are booking the most accurate service to achieve the outcome you are hoping for and with a complimentary consultation we can give you a better range of pricing for the service you are requesting.
We would love to accommodate to your group, please reach out to your preferred location to speak with one of our coordinators.
Yes, at each of our locations we have an event coordinator that would love to work with to schedule those services for your event. Fill out our group booking form to get started.
A style cut is a service that includes a shampoo, haircut, blowdry and style and is typically performed on hair that is below chin length. A barber cut is a dry cut done on shorter haircuts.
We want to help you look your best for any event, if you are looking for a style with curls, soft waves or added braids or texture please book an event style.
For a classic blow dry, sleek and straight style please book a blowout service.
If you are hoping for an updo style or a style with your hair partially styled up and away from your face please book a formal style.
At this time, we do not have a large enough space to accommodate multiple massages in the same room, we are happy to book back-to-back appointments with the same Massage Therapist.
Yes, we do. We have designers at each location who are available to provide this service for you at no cost. Cole’s Salon does not partner with an organization that accepts donations; we will prepare your hair for you so that you can send your hair to the organization of your choice.
For children 11 and under we have hair cutting services available.
Products & Gift Cards
We will accept an item back within 30 days of the purchase date. We can accept returns that were purchased at a different Cole’s location of less than $100, however, we will only be able to do store credit or cash for the location it was purchased from.

Please note, due to high volume in sales with our Customer Appreciation Sale each October we do not have our online store available, however you are welcome to preorder and pick up your purchases at one of our locations.
Our gift cards can be used at any of our locations. They can be used for services, or for retail purchases. You can also use our gift cards on our online store.
We have our Customer Appreciation Sale in the month of October (buy one get the identical product 50% off) and our Back-to-School Sale (10% off all appliances).
We also give you the opportunity to stack your savings each spring with a progressive sale on retail products (10% off $200 or more, 15% off $300, and 20% off $400 or more).
