As much as I tried to maintain my healthy eating habits this past spring, my best intentions turned into extra snacking and a few too many curbside pickups at my favorite restaurants.
Sound familiar? COVID-19 changed everything about our lives, especially what and how we eat.
Before we dive into winter and the nasty flu bugs that may be lurking, I am making it a priority to improve my overall health. First on my list? Refreshing my weekly meal plans with the most important meal of all—breakfast.
A resolution to eat healthier sounds easy, until you are faced with planning three meals a day for a family that is working, studying, and living 24/7 at home! That’s why I love using Hush & Hush’s PlantYourDay Protein Powder to streamline meals and make healthy eating easy.
