Hello! My name is Kate, and I am Cole’s Salon and Spa’s newest Retail and Service Advisor at the Burnsville location. If you could feel my excitement for joining this team, you wouldn’t need that cup of coffee you might be drinking. I am so happy and humbled to be in the company of hundreds of talented and compassionate people. It’s been a long road to finding home but, ahhhh….here I am!
Small bits about me: I went to cosmetology school after high school and have worked the last 13 years standing behind a chair helping people love their hair AND themselves. My career and clients brought me immeasurable joy—making the choice to hang it up was both difficult and emotional. But my body told me that after all those years and two babies—it needed a new, easier-on-my-body adventure. I respected those wishes and began the hunt. Now for a fun fact! One of the other women in this role is Arin, at our Eagan Station location…and she’s my cousin! She encouraged me to apply and the rest is history. If you haven’t yet been over to meet Arin, please do. She is incredible and will make you feel like royalty. She’s the best!
My goal as a Retail and Service Advisor is to be a point person for any and all beauty product and/or service questions. I am here to be your personal shopper, your product educator, your help in finding the right service fit and even coffee-talk companion while you visit our beautiful salon! I want you to be able to try products and talk about the latest and greatest beauty trends. I want to make sure you get your makeup touched up after your haircut, or help get a product ready for you if you’re in a hurry!
At the end of the day, getting to know you—our guest—and making sure you have the best experience possible makes me happy. I am thrilled to be a part of the Cole’s Salon and Spa family. Please stop by our Burnsville location so I can meet you and chit chat all things beauty!
