I am delighted to share that Cole’s Salon has been named a Star Tribune Top 150 Workplace—a ranking that places us among the top 150 companies to work for in the state of Minnesota—out of 2,400 companies surveyed!
This award—based off of a survey given to our 365 team members—is a tremendous honor. At Cole’s Salon, our team comes first. We truly believe when we listen to our team and believe in abundance, everything else comes together. Our mission at Cole’s Salon is: “A team of happy, balanced, highly-skilled professionals, whose dreams and passions are fulfilled.” Every decision we make is made off of those values and principles.
And it gets better. Within the Top Workplace award, we were ranked second among all mid-size companies in Minnesota AND honored with a separate achievement that was only given to three companies. We received the award for “Direction.” What this means is that we received the most favorable responses when the team was asked, “Do you believe the company is going in the right direction?” This makes me truly proud to know that our leadership team is guiding our ship in the right course and making decisions that will continue to move our company in a positive direction.
Reflecting back on our nearly 40 years in business, I would have to say that we are truly blessed with the most unbelievable guests in extraordinary communities. They have grown with us over the years and we are incredibly thankful for each and every one of them.

Good for you. You have created relaxing and beautiful spaces for your clients and your employees are top rate and love working there. It show’s.
I’m a client for my nails and once and a while hair cuts or updo’s. Becky at you Eagan station is great and I want to adopt her.
