As the holiday season draws near, it’s a special time to reflect on 2015, there are so many reasons to celebrate and give thanks!
This year we celebrated our 36th year in business. We are so blessed to be surrounded each day by an extremely talented and dedicated team along with a community of loyal guests! Our team gave back to our community through Armful of Love, Toys for Tots, Harriet Bishop – Locks of Love, Veteran and Active Service Members complimentary cuts, and much more.
Kicking off 2015 with our theme “Doing the Extreme!” – allowed each individual in our company to challenge themselves in a new and different way. I believe this vibe was seen each and every day throughout our salons!
I am most proud of our team this year for being open to always bettering their best. We strive for continual growth and development and each year they take this challenge head on! Our goals for 2015 reflect this openness to learning:
- Extreme and Creative Thinking
- Everyone committed to daily self-learning
- Advance our teaching and learning systems
- Be on the leading edge of current trends
One of my favorite memories of 2015 was at our annual company celebration in February – seeing our talented creative teams come together to produce a beautiful, artistic, inspired, performance that was literally “show stopping.” The hair, nails, and make-up in this piece could have been seen in the heart of New York’s fashion week.
As we move into 2016, I want to continue to live our vision statement; these words speak clearly to who we are and where we are going.

Our hearts are overjoyed with the successes of 2015 and the anticipation of another year to come!
